The staff here have been so kind and accommodating to my Grandma and myself since she’s gotten older and become home bound. Since my Grandma has become home bound, her dog has become progressively nervous each time he has to leave the house. He knows his mom is getting older and it’s heartbreaking.:( I’ve let the staff know this and they have developed a little calming routine for him before he gets groomed each time! I think this is such an amazing thing they do to help him! Thank you guys so much for your help and kindness!

We recently adopted our sweet old girl, Tuni, just two months ago. We were nervous about her first grooming appointment since we weren't sure if she had ever been groomed before. The team at Gordon’s Grooming was so welcoming, kind, and polite from the moment we called and scheduled.Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and it was clear how much love and care they showed Tuni while she was there. Seeing how comfortable and well cared for she was meant so much to us. We are so grateful for the wonderful experience and highly recommend Gordon’s Grooming to anyone looking for a groomer who truly cares about their pets!

I was very happy with the grooming of my cat and dog. They are so soft now! My dog had a TON of fur and they blew it all out and gave him 3 baths to make sure he was super clean and de-shedded.

We bring our Chihuahua here for nail trims and teeth brushing. They are so sweet with her and make her feel comfortable. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I've took my cat Emerald there 2 times. Both experiences were amazing. The staff seem to really care. They are nice, professional, and do a really good job. The service I wanted was 250$ and they told me it wasn't as bad to do the service and charged me a lot less both times. I tipped good both times because not only did they save me quite a bit of money, but they also deserved it!! I would highly recommend and will be taking my cat there forever 🤟

This groomer is great! We go to the one in Centennial Place of Mishawaka on Cleveland. They are great with my anxious, dog reactive, cattle dog for her nail trim! It takes them about 5-10 minutes and she feels comfortable and safe with the staff. I’m grateful to them for always fitting us in. Plus while she’s getting her nails done, I get to browse all the cute dog toys, puzzles, and treats. Highly recommended.

I take both of my dogs here, and I have had nothing but wonderful interactions with the entire staff! Megan and Sam have always been my groomers - they have been so kind and patient with my pups! My one dog Bean is a nervous gal, but Megan has worked with her so patiently and kindly that Bean now gets excited when I pull into the parking lot, and she always comes home looking pretty as ever. My other dog Lima is a crazy hyper guy - but Sam is always able to give him an amazing haircut despite his energy. Sam also does color - and it is always absolutely amazing! She has done some awesome holiday themes, with the most recent being a colorful one for Easter.

i took my dog here for a basic grooming service under my fiancés name. when i went to pick up my dog the lady at the counter was distant and not very friendly to me and my fiancé. then later when i got home, i found random specks of something stuck in his fur all over, upon further examination i noticed he wasn’t rinsed thoroughly and he had particles of dirt or something on him. $85 dollars wasted for something that i’ll just be doing at home from now on. now, less than 2 weeks after getting him bathed, he already stinks and i have to bathe him again. i’ve never had such a bad experience with a groomer before. i suggest you try other options before choosing this one. you could probably do a better job at home

Great service, staff, and communication. Can be slightly higher priced than other local groomers, but definitely worth it. My dog Piper always looks great after and the groomers make sure she is comfortable because she can be nervous.
