i took my dog here for a basic grooming service under my fiancés name. when i went to pick up my dog the lady at the counter was distant and not very friendly to me and my fiancé. then later when i got home, i found random specks of something stuck in his fur all over, upon further examination i noticed he wasn’t rinsed thoroughly and he had particles of dirt or something on him. $85 dollars wasted for something that i’ll just be doing at home from now on. now, less than 2 weeks after getting him bathed, he already stinks and i have to bathe him again. i’ve never had such a bad experience with a groomer before. i suggest you try other options before choosing this one. you could probably do a better job at home

***I posted two photos on their page one of her tongue before and then one after.*** (she is the brown shitzu)They CUT out a chunk of my shitzus tongue. And did not tell me and until I came to pick her up. And they laughed about it. Now to be honest I was in such shock that I did not know how to handle it. I did not want to cause a scene. We had been customers since they had first opened their Plymouth location. They still charged me $200.

The haircut was not great, but it was not terrible either. What really bothered me was the pricing and the lack of transparency. If you have a curly-haired dog, especially doodles, it is important to know that they charge $1 per minute for detangling. That was shocking to me. The groomer even acknowledged that there was no matting, but said she had to spend extra time detangling. My issue is that they do tell you it may be an additional fee at drop off, but do not give you a heads up, estimate, option before adding that charge, so you do not find out until checkout. My bill was supposed to be $202, but the final total came out to $280 because of detangling. In my experience , some level of detangling is part of basic grooming, especially for curly-coated dogs, so that extra charge felt excessive.Their self-wash service was also not as advertised. It is $1 per minute, but you are expected to clean the entire room yourself, including washing the sink, cleaning the brushes, and vacuuming the floor. All of that cleaning time counts toward the time you are being charged for. Our total for a self-wash came to $52, which felt unreasonable. On top of that, I found the staff rude and rushed during both visits. Overall, the experience felt overpriced, poorly communicated, and not very customer-friendly.
